3. Maclelland Stiffler, RHP, North Hagerstown
The second-best player and right-handed pitcher in the Old Line State, Stiffler stands at 6-foot-7 and 210 pounds. He ranks 83rd in the nation as a right-handed pitcher and throws a 93 mph fastball. Part of Class 3A West, Stiffler has been named by Prep Baseball Report as a player to watch this season, as he leads his team throughout a highly competitive conference following the reclassification. Stiffler committed to the University of West Virginia for college ball.
