Men’s Soccer Signs Defender from Japan

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's soccer announced the signing of Yu Yokokawa, a six-foot defender from Tokyo Japan. Yokokawa joins the Broncos from The American School in Japan where he helped lead the team to the Intermediate School League Championship of the Kanto region in 2024. I chose Santa Clara because it truly felt like a place where I could thrive academically as well as in my athletic career.
