AUBURNDALE, FLA. – The William Paterson baseball team (5-10) suffered a 12-2, eight-inning loss to Washington and Jefferson (5-7) March 21 at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational. HOW IT HAPPENED: The Presidents scored a pair of unearned runs during the bottom of the first inning, and added one more in the third on a hit by pitch, stolen base, groundout, walk and double steal. The Pioneers got one run back in the top of the fourth.
