‘Birds Bounce Back Against Mavericks

FRESNO, Calif.- After a heartbreaking loss yesterday the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds bounced back to sweep the Colorado Mesa Mavericks 4-0 Thursday morning. The Mavericks struck first with a win on Court 3, but the Sunbirds answered quickly with a win on Court 2 by Nayuma Subba and Malia Mitchell 6-2 to even the score. On Court 1, Elise Leik and Audrey Ouellet came through with the 6-4 to secure the doubles point for the Sunbirds.
