LEXINGTON — The Harlan County boys basketball team led for all but 1:45 of its first-round win over the defending state champion Warren Central Dragons on Thursday afternoon during the UK Healthcare/KHSAA Sweet 16 at Rupp Arena. South Carolina signee Trent Noah led the way for the Black Bears with 35 points and 11 rebounds in the 67-59 victory. Harlan County started the game on an 11-0 run, played tough defense and never looked back.
