No. 11 Generals knock off Centre in return to match play
LEXINGTON, Va. – The 11th-ranked Washington and Lee women’s tennis team returned to action after a three-week layoff from match play with a clean 9-0 sweep of Centre on Thursday afternoon. HOW IT HAPPENED: Four games total were dropped across the three doubles matches, with sophomore Lauren Long and senior Gabi Moss posting an 8-0 shutout at No. 1.
