Taliah Scott transferring: 5 landing spots for star guard
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (BVM) – One of the SEC’s best freshmen women’s basketball players is looking for a new home. Guard Taliah Scott announced her decision to enter the transfer portal on Monday after spending her freshman year with the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Scott, the No. 11 recruit in the 2023 HoopGurlz recruiting rankings, was fantastic during her first collegiate season, averaging 22.1 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 20 games with 19 starts. This performance earned Scott a spot on the SEC All-Freshman team.
Given her high status as a recruit and her strong play in the SEC as a true freshman, Scott will likely have many suitors. With that being said, here are five potential landing spots for the guard.
