Women’s Tennis Drops 7-2 Match to Frostburg
HILTON HEAD, SC – The Nazareth women’s tennis team dropped its second consecutive match on Thursday, falling 7-2 to Frostburg State University. Victoria Cioni and Erica Muscato had a tight match at third doubles, falling in a tie break 8-7 (7-3). The Golden Flyers were able to pick up two points from singles action. Cioni won her fourth-straight singles match, winning fifth singles 6-3, 6-0. Freshman Paige Masrouri won her first collegiate match, winning sixth singles 6-0, 6-3 Nazareth is now 5-8, while Frostburg moves to 6-6.
