Cowgirls Split a Pair of 1-Run Games with Concordia

ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons’ Cowgirl softball team split a doubleheader with the Concordia Texas Tornados in American Southwest Conference play on Friday night, dropping game one 4-3 and coming back to win games two 2-1 over the Tornados at Ellis Field. Concordia came out firing in the first inning with three runs to start the evening. The Cowgirls scored two to make it 3-2 in the second inning.
