Malakoff Leads W&L After First Round of Jekyll Island Invite
ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. – The Sixth-ranked Washington and Lee University men’s golf team opened up the first day of the Jekyll Island Collegiate tournament on Friday afternoon. The Blue and White finished the first 18 holes with a scorecard of 292, eight strokes over par. In team scoring, W&L is tied for fourth place with No. 9 Sewanee and No. 4 Illinois Wesleyan.
