Men’s tennis loses spring opener against Eastern

CAMDEN, N.J. (March 22, 2024) – With numerous rainouts, cancelations and postponements, the Rutgers University-Camden men’s tennis team only played one match during the 2023 fall semester. The Scarlet Raptors opened their spring semester with better weather here Friday but lost an 8-1 decision against Eastern University. It was their first match since a Sept. 17 loss at Penn State-Brandywine. Rutgers-Camden, 0-2, notched its only win at first doubles, 8-7 (7-5) behind the combination of senior Edward McWilliams Jr. and freshman John Brady.
