Spires Fall in Game One to Builders

Leavenworth, Kan.- The University of Saint Mary Baseball team hosted Southwestern College to open their weekend series, resulting in a 9-4 loss. The Spires are now 14-12 overall and 8-7 in KCAC play. After giving up one run in the top of the first, Kruz Wahwahsuck responded with an RBI in the bottom of the second and Brendan Roop scored via an error to give the SPires a 2-1 lead.
