Thunder women’s tennis team sweeps IIT in return to play

Hanover Park, Ill. — Two weeks after its last match that rounded off a Spring Break trip to Florida, the Wheaton women’s tennis team returned to the courts to resume its non-conference slate. The Thunder played host to the Illinois Institute of Technology Scarlet Hawks, and just as the team did in last year’s meeting between the sides, Wheaton emerged with a 9-0 sweep of its big city opponents.
