SAN ANTONIO, TX – On Saturday morning, the #16 Amherst College men’s tennis team took on the #14 Trinity University (Texas) Tigers on their home courts, the Butch Newman Tennis Center. In sunny conditions, the Tigers came out on top and beat the Mammoths with a score of 6-3. This results rounds up the Mammoths’ spring break trip to Texas and constitutes their second loss of the season. Amherst’s record is now 7-2 (2-0 in NESCAC).
