Moberly gets third win of season, Pioneers split with Hanover to open conference play
LEXINGTON – The Transylvania Baseball team opened up Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play on Saturday afternoon at Legends Stadium. Transylvania (12-3) took on Hanover (9-5) in a doubleheader to begin conference action. The Pioneers and Panthers split on the day to move to 1-1 in the HCAC. Game 1: Transy 4, Hanover 10 Transylvania scored first in the third inning on a sacrifice fly by Calvin Schubert .
