No. 7 Women’s Lacrosse Weathers the Storm, Prevails at No. 14 York, 9-7

YORK, Pa. – The seventh-ranked Washington and Lee University women’s lacrosse team prevailed in less than ideal weather and field conditions on Saturday afternoon and took down 14th-ranked York College (Pa.) 9-7 in a non-conference contest. The Generals rattled off three straight goals to wrap up the game and improved to 7-3 overall and York dropped to 2-5 in the IWLCA Top 15 matchup.
