Swimming Concludes NCAA Championships, 400 Free Relay Named All-Americans

GREENSBORO, N.C . - The Washington and Lee University men's and women's swimming team wrapped up the 2024 NCAA Swimming and Diving National Championships on Saturday at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Leighton Chapman, Dalton Jobe, Charles Byars and Baxter Smelzer teamed up in the final relay of the national meet, competing in the 400 freestyle relay. In the preliminary round, the squad clocked in a time of 2:59.30 for a ninth place finish to earn All-American Honorable Mention honors.
