Day One Results On the Women's Side Karmen Williams took third in the javelin with a PR of 130-4, earning the third all-time spot. She was also fourth in the hammer with a PR of 167-9, earning the fourth all-time spot. Emily Danielsson's PR in the hammer was 147-8, improving her ranking to eighth in school history.
