LEXINGTON – The Transylvania Track and Field teams hosted their only home event of the season, the 2024 Pioneer Invitational at Pat Deacon Stadium. Fifteen different schools took part in the invite. Olivia Sparks continued to shine this season. She won the Women’s 200 Meter Dash with a time of 25.42, almost a full second ahead of second place. Abbey Rowe finished fourth overall in the 200 Meter Dash and first in her heat with a time of 26.88. In the 400 Meter Dash, Sparks won the event with a 1:00.50 time.
