Johnson Highlights Men’s Track and Field at Stan Romanoski Open
Hunter Johnson enjoyed a first place finish in the long jump event to highlight the Pitt-Johnstown men's track and field team's visit to the West Virginia Stan Romanoski Open on Friday and Saturday. The senior's jump of 6.58 meters bested 32 other competitors and was .16 meters better than runner-up finisher and IUP freshman Evan Loro. Johnson also checked in at seventh place in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.23 seconds. Bridgor Blankenbicker earned a fifth place finish in the pole vault event with a distance of 4.25 meters, which qualified him for the PSAC Championships. Chad West...
