Women’s track and field opens outdoor season at Wesleyan

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Hamilton College competed in the multi-divisional, non-team scoring J. Elmer Swanson Spring Classic at The Andersen Track at Wesleyan University on Saturday, March 23. Dana Schwartz ’26 and Mila Karimov ’26 set personal records in the women’s javelin throw. Schwartz finished in third place with a distance of 103 feet, 7 inches, and Karimov was fourth with a mark of 100 feet, 5 inches. Kylie Oblak ’24 qualified for the 2024 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Outdoor Championships in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:35.42. Oblak ended up in fifth place in the event.…
