Women’s track and field opens outdoor season with strong performances at Wesleyan
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Senior captain Isabel May cracked the top-10 Bates all-time performance list in the 10,000 meters and the women’s track and field team won three events Saturday at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational, marking the beginning of the outdoor season for the Bobcats. May (Erving, Mass.) raced to the finish in the 10K in 37:04.00, good for second place in the event and fifth on the Bates all-time performance list.
