#15 UTD, Durden Sit in First in Austin

AUSTIN, Texas – The #15 UT Dallas men’s golf team is leading the Linda Lowery Invitational by 13 strokes after the first round at The Hills Country Club Monday. Comet sophomore Tyler Durden is also in the first place, followed by senior Daniel Shofner in second. UTD shot a 295 (+7) in round one, leading Mary Hardin-Baylor (308/+20) and Pacific Lutheran (310/+22) in the 12 team event. Durden shot a 71 (-1) for his 10th round of par or better this season.
