Men’s Golf Splits Squad at Two Tournaments

LENOIR CITY, Tenn./GREENSBORO, N.C. -— Belmont Abbey splits teams for a pair of tournaments this week, participating in both the Tennessee River Rumble and the Pfeiffer Falcon Shootout. At the Wind River Golf Course in Lenoir City, Tenn., the Crusaders trimmed eight strokes from their morning round to stand 16th of 20 teams at 304-296 (600). Meanwhile, at the Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro, another team shot 316 to stand tied for fifth. Both tournaments play their final rounds tomorrow.
