Denis Dementev (Saint-Petersburg, Russia/) and Iu Casamitjana (Igualada, Spain/Escola Pia Igualada) won 6-1 at No. 3 doubles to open the match for Bloomsburg and Fernando Barros (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Hoosac School) and Jaime Soria (Pamplona, Spain/Liceo Monjardin) clinched the doubles point with a 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles.
