PROVIDENCE, R.I. – WestConn softball junior OF Brianna Malvino (Glen Cove, N.Y.) was honored as the Little East Conference (LEC) Offensive Player of the Week or her outstanding play in the Wolves’ 11/3-1/9 doubleheader split against St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn on Friday. She went 5-for-6 with a double, a walk, a run and three RBIs in WestConn’s doubleheader split against St. Joseph’s (N.Y.).
