CHADRON – Chadron State College Interim Athletic Director Ted Tewahade announced Tuesday that men's basketball head coach Shane Paben will not have his contract renewed. "Coach Paben has brought success to the men's basketball program at Chadron State College," Tewahade said. "We thank him for time and dedication to Chadron State College." Chadron State finished the 2023-24 season with a 12-17 overall record and a 9-13 mark in conference play.
