BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae women's tennis junior Rhidaim Yang and men's track & field junior Max Geckler have been named Bobcats of the Week for March 18 - March 24. Geckler, a distance runner from Wake Forest, North Carolina, placed first in the 10,000 Meters with a time of 31:31.12 at the Montreat Open. Geckler holds the third-fastest time in the 10,000 Meters in Conference Carolinas this season and holds a league standard in the 5,000 Meters with a time of 15:41.52.
