Patriots Finish a Season-Best Second at the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate
Williamsburg, Va. -- The George Mason men's golf team earned runner-up honors, the team's best finish of the season, at the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate played at the famed public course in Williamsburg, Va. It was a two-team battle in the final round with Princeton, but the Tigers bested the Patriots by three strokes today to stretch the lead to five strokes and earn medalist honors.
