5. Gavin Lyons, RHP/1B, 3B, OF, Hamden Hall

The second-best right-handed pitcher and the third-best player overall in Connecticut, Lyons is a player to watch this season. He has a 91 mph fastball that will serve him well when he plays for the University of Texas Longhorns in the fall. During his junior season, Lyons posted a 10-0 record and a 0.84 ERA. In 56 innings pitched, he allowed just 18 walks, 26 hits and four earned runs.
