Trout named CC Track Athlete of the Week

LANCASTER, Pa. – Tyler Trout (Chester Springs, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), a freshman on the Gettysburg men’s outdoor track and field team, has been named Centennial Conference (CC) Track Athlete of the Week for the week of Mar. 18-24. Trout led the Bullets at the Little 3 Meet hosted by Franklin & Marshall with wins in both hurdles on Saturday. He won the 110 hurdles with a Centennial Conference-qualifying time of 17.18 seconds and then also hit the qualifier with a win in the 400 hurdles at 1:00.65.
