Women’s basketball sees four named to CSC Academic All-District Team

DURANGO, Colo. -- The College Sports Communicators (CSC), formerly known as CoSIDA, have released their At-Large Academic All-District teams with three Fort Lewis College women's basketball players among those honored. Making the All-District team are seniors Kelsey Sorenson, juniors Avery Evans and Samantha Wattawa, and sophomore Kate Gallery. Each of the honorees was recently named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's All-Academic Teams. Sorenson earned a spot on the All-Academic First Team for the second straight season with a 3.95 cumulative grade point average (GPA) while studying Elementary Education.
