A&M Corpus Christi Golf Team Excels at Shortened Ozarks National Invitational

HOLLISTER, Mo. – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi golf team finally got through a washed-out week of the Ozarks National Invitational Wednesday in sixth place after improving with a 300 round two at the Ozarks National Golf Course. After weather shortened the tournament to 36 holes, the Islanders came out stronger in the second round for a 300 score, 27 strokes better than their first round. It helped them placed sixth to remain in the top half of the 13-team field.
