Chromulak & Blanco Lead Men’s Volleyball Past Kean, 3-1

NEWARK, NJ | The Rutgers-Newark men’s volleyball team took down Kean University, 3-1 (25-20, 25-18, 25-22, 25-15), in Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) play at The Golden Dome on Wednesday night. Rutgers-Newark (13-10, 2-3) hit .271 as a team and tallied 60 kills. Martin Chromulak and Lucas Blanco paced the team with 17 kills each while Aleks Kolodziej added 13. Derek Au dished out 48 assists while Amir Johnson secured six blocks, three solo. Kean University (12-13, 0-5) hit .136 as a team and secured 39 kills.
