Eagles soar in Ron Ives Invite
LIBERTY — The Eagles’ track and field teams dominated in the Ron Ives Invitational at Liberty High School Friday, March 22. The boys took first place with 93 points and the girls secured a second-place finish with 95.5 points, behind a solid Blue Springs team. “The conditions were very tough — 25 mile per hour wind and it felt like 40 degrees. But considering the bad conditions, we felt like the kids really competed.
