Hughes, Strollo Named To Academic All-District Team

Montclair, NJ – Sophomores SHANNON HUGHES and ALEXIS STROLLO of the Montclair State University women’s basketball team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team Tuesday. All-District selections must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA and have competed in 90% of the institution’s games/contests or must start in 66% of an institution’s games/contests. Strollo played in all 25 games, averaging 5.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.0 assists from her guard position.
