McCord homers help Mammoths top WNE in home opener, 11-7
AMHERST, Mass. — Tyler McCord led off the bottom of the eighth inning with his second solo home run of the game, snapping a 7-7 tie and leading the Amherst College baseball team to its sixth consecutive victory via an 11-7 decision over Western New England University Wednesday in the Mammoths home opener on Memorial Field.
