POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Skidmore College women’s lacrosse team trounced host Vassar College 15-4 on Wednesday in a Liberty League contest. Skidmore (4-5, 2-1 Liberty League) has now won four out of its last five. Vassar (1-7) is off to an 0-3 start in league play. Skidmore withstood a strong second quarter by the Brewers and went on to outscore the hosts 9-1 in the second half while not surrendering a goal over the final 17 minutes of the game for the 11-goal margin.
