SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 26, 2024) – Western New England women’s wrestling saw two of their own honored by the National Wrestling Coaches Association as Scholar All-Americans, being two of 199 scholar-athletes from 47 institutions nationwide who were honored. To achieve the honor, wrestlers must meet one of the three criteria: have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, be a NCWWC All-American, have a 3.25 GPA, be a NCWWC National Qualifier, or have a 3.5 GPA, and compete in at least 50% of scheduled competition dates.
