Women’s Lacrosse Drop Road Game To No.2 Herons
GENEVA, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University women’s lacrosse team traveled to William Smith College for a road game against the Herons. The Cardinals fell behind early and were unable to make a comeback against the no. 2 ranked team in the country, dropping the matchup by a final score of 16-5. Fisher fell behind 6-0 in the first quarter and it wasn’t until the start of the second quarter that Farrah Zalla put the team on the board with an unassisted goal.
