The Bulldogs made it to the NCAA Tournament in large part due to the play of their starting frontcourt. Cameron Matthews and Tolu Smith were great for Mississippi State, but both players are seniors. Head coach Chris Jans could be on the lookout for some size in the transfer portal. Huntley-Hatfield, who is from the state of Tennessee, could be looking to stay in the Southeast. The fit makes sense for both sides.
