Javier Neira Garcia Named WAC Golfer of the Week

RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The Western Athletic Conference announced on Thursday that senior Javier Neira Garcia of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's golf team has been named WAC Golfer of the Week. Garcia won the individual title at The Big Texan this week after posting a three-round score of 205 (-11), which is the third lowest three-round individual score in program history.
