Murphy Named to New England Hockey Wristers Association All-Star Team, Zimmerman Claims Coach of the Year

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 28, 2024) – Western New England women’s ice hockey senior Alyssa Murphy and Head Coach Katie Zimmerman have been given honors by the New England Hockey Writers Association, as announced by the organization this afternoon. Murphy was named to the New England Hockey Wristers Division III Women’s Ice Hockey All-Star team. The senior is the third Golden Bear in the program’s short three-year history to earn the award.
