Murren Surpasses 200 Career Strikeouts As Softball Splits With Geneva
MUNHALL, Pa. – Softball had a quick turnaround as they hosted the Geneva Golden Tornadoes to continue PAC play. They split with Geneva, winning game one 8-1 and losing game two 14-6. In game one, it was the pitching of Sophomore Victoria Murren that led the Cougars to victory. Geneva scored their lone run in the opening frame and then Murren settled in and kept the Golden Tornadoes scoreless the remainder of the game.
