Nusseibeh Named Head Coach at Eastern Michigan

Sahar Nusseibeh, the head women's basketball coach at Canisius from 2021-24, announced Thursday (March 28) that she is stepping down from her post on Main Street to accept the same position at Eastern Michigan University. "We hired Sahar here in the summer of 2021 to reenergize our women's basketball program and she has done that," Canisius Vice President and Director of Athletics and Recreation Bill Maher said.
