Herald Fans’ Choice Player of the Week: Holley DeVaughn

The votes are in, and this week’s Herald Fans’ Choice Player of the Week is Holtville softball player Holley DeVaughn. The Slapout faithful outdid themselves from a week ago and ran away with the voting this week. DeVaughn was voted for 774 total times between the Wetumpka Herald and Tallassee Tribune polls, more than double the next closest athlete. Stanhope Elmore’s Graham Baker was voted for 330 times after his three-goal week, while Shea Darnell rounded out the trio with 193 votes.
