Tigers Finish First Day of Texas Relays

AUSTIN, Texas – The Clemson Tigers finished up the first day of Texas Relays in Austin as multiple athletes recorded top 15 finishes and all Tigers that competed finished within the top 25 in their respective events. Shining on the day was Marie Forbes as she secured fifth-place overall in the women’s hammer throw with a mark of 62.70m. On the men’s side, Matt Auble threw a new personal best of 56.52 in the men’s hammer throw. The mark is currently ranked No. 7 all-time on Clemson’s top 10 list.
