The Longhorns were eliminated from the NCAA Tournament in the Round of 32, ending the college careers of their top two scorers, Max Abmas and Dylan Disu. Texas has a few young guards who are expected to see more playing time next season but none possess the size or experience that White would bring. He’d get the chance to play in his home state while the Longhorns could use his experience to mentor incoming five-star, 6-5 guard Tre Johnson.
