Akagi, Buglass Highlights Women’s Team Performances at Raleigh Relays

RALEIGH – Charleston Southern sent their distance crew and throwers to compete in one of the nation's best annual meets, the Raleigh Relays this weekend. It was held from Thursday-Saturday with North Carolina State University playing host for it. Anne Akagi and Freya Buglass each had a great weekend at the meet racing in the 800 and 1500 at the meet. On Friday she ran in the 1500 and set a new personal best in the distance with a time of 4:33.74, winning her heat. It marks a second-and-a-half PB keeps her at second in school history in the event....
