Ladies Extended Season-Best Winning Streak To Four With Sweep Of Schreiner

Shreveport – The Centenary softball team swept a doubleheader over the Schreiner University Mountaineers on Saturday, winning game one by a score of 5-0 and taking game two, 5-1, to complete a three-game series sweep in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play at the Centenary Softball Complex. The Ladies (12-14, 7-2 SCAC) blanked the Mountaineers (2-23, 1-8 SCAC) 80-0 in six innings in the series opener on Friday and are on a season-high four-game winning streak.
